Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

Cloud.Net VPN ("we," "us," or "our") provides VPN services subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Cloud.Net VPN. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Cloud.Net VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that:

• Encrypt your internet connection
• Mask your IP address
• Allow access to geo-restricted content (where legally permitted)
• Provide enhanced online privacy and security

We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limitations.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Cloud.Net VPN, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

For certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Transmitting any material that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, spamming, or distributing malware
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights
• Distributing child exploitation material
• Engaging in terrorist activities or supporting terrorist organizations
• Distributing illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Engaging in money laundering or financial fraud
• Stalking, harassing, or threatening others
• Distributing hate speech or inciting violence

6. Free Services

Our free VPN service is provided "as is" with the following limitations:

• Limited bandwidth and speed
• Limited server locations
• Possible advertisements
• No guaranteed uptime or technical support

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free services at any time without notice.

7. Paid Services

Paid subscriptions provide enhanced features including:

• Unlimited bandwidth and higher speeds
• Access to all server locations
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience
• Additional security features

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through Cloud.Net VPN services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Cloud.Net VPN or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CLOUD.NET VPN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

CLOUD.NET VPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cloud.Net VPN and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
