1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CloudNet VPN services (both Free and Paid tiers), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without direct notification. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Privacy Guarantee, Data Retention & No-Log Policy

CloudNet strictly adheres to a zero-logging policy. For server management, we utilize the 3x-ui panel, which is fundamentally designed not to retain or track user activity logs.

We do not monitor, record, steal, or share your web traffic data, browsing history, or DNS queries.

Authentication mechanisms (such as Google Auth) are solely used for account creation, session limitations, and enforcing bandwidth quotas.

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) & Prohibited Activities

Free tier accounts are subject to bandwidth limitations and automatic expiration. To maintain a high-quality network for everyone, it is strictly forbidden to abuse the system. Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, or exploiting server bugs.
• Torrenting (P2P) on restricted or non-P2P designated nodes.
• Conducting DDoS attacks, hacking, port scanning, or distributing malware.

Violations of these rules will result in immediate hardware bans and account termination.

4. Copyright Policy (DMCA) & Illegal Activities

Due to our strict no-log policy, we do not monitor user traffic. However, if users utilize our VPN network to download, stream, or distribute copyrighted materials (such as pirated movies, software, etc.) or engage in illegal activities, the user assumes full personal and legal responsibility. CloudNet disclaims any legal liability for copyright infringements committed by its users.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

Our Free VPN tier is completely sustained by the advertisements displayed on our website. By using the free service, you agree to view these ads.

Third-Party Links: Clicking on website ads may redirect you to external third-party websites. CloudNet has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external sites you visit through these ads.

6. Modifications to the Service

CloudNet reserves the right to modify, update, or remove services at our discretion. This specifically applies to Free Servers, where locations, bandwidth limits, and server availability may be altered or removed at any time for maintenance or fair resource distribution without prior notice.

7. Account Security & Configuration Sharing

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their VPN configurations.

• Free Tier: Sharing free configurations publicly may result in bandwidth depletion and server overload.
• Paid Tier: Sharing Premium accounts with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.

8. Payments, Premium Plans & Refunds

Paid (Premium) plans are subject to dedicated SLA agreements available upon purchase. All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of continuous, unresolvable technical failures originating from our servers, evaluated by the administrative team.

9. Termination of Service

CloudNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account (Free or Paid) without prior notice if we suspect a violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

CloudNet infrastructure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, speed fluctuations, or collateral damage caused by leveraging encrypted tunnels.
